Bobby Clancy, a member of the famed Clancy Brothers, has been collecting songs and performing around the world his entire life. Now he is releasing some new songs collected over the years but recorded recently with the help of his daughter Aoife, and son, Finbarr. Including elegant recitations of poetry, humorous songs and sentimental ballads, "The Quiet Land" is yet another contribution to the Irish folk tradition.
